Terms and Conditions for "Rugby World Cup Refund Promotion"
1. Introduction
1.1. These terms and conditions ("T&Cs") apply to the "Rugby World Cup Refund Promotion" (the "Promotion") offered by Dream Republic Pty Ltd (hereinafter referred to as "Dream Republic"), a company registered in South Africa, with its registered office at 231 Chamberlain Rd, Mobeni East, Durban, 4060,South Africa.
1.2. By participating in this Promotion, you agree to comply with these T&Cs. Please read these T&Cs carefully before entering the Promotion.
2. Eligibility
2.1. The Promotion is open to individuals who have purchased a bed from Dream Republic and reside in South Africa.
2.2. Participants must be 18 years of age or older to enter.
3. Promotion Period
3.1. The Promotion begins on the date of purchase of the bed and ends on Saturday, October 28, 2023, coinciding with the Rugby World Cup Final.
4. Participation
4.1. To participate in the Promotion, you must have purchased a bed from Dream Republic during the Promotion Period.
4.2. You will automatically be entered into the Promotion if you meet the eligibility criteria in section 2.
5. Prize
5.1. Two (2) winners will be selected if the South African rugby team wins the Rugby World Cup Final on Saturday, October 28, 2023.
5.2. Each winner will receive a full refund of the purchase price of the bed they bought, in the form of store credit to be used on Dream Republic's website, www.dreamrepublic.co.za.
6. Winner Announcement
6.1. The winners will be announced on Monday, October 30, 2023, on Dream Republic's official website and social media platforms.
6.2. Dream Republic will make reasonable attempts to contact the winners using the contact information provided at the time of purchase. If Dream Republic is unable to reach a winner within seven (7) days of the announcement, a new winner may be selected at Dream Republic's discretion.
7. General Terms
7.1. The decision of Dream Republic regarding the winners and any other matters relating to the Promotion is final and binding.
7.2 Participant of the competition will only be eligible to win if the South African Mens rugby team (Springboks) win the Rugby World Cup Final on Saturday, October 28, 2023 (i.e. as confirmed under the official rules of that competition and otherwise as determined in our sole discretion).
7.3. Dream Republic reserves the right to cancel or amend the Promotion or these T&Cs at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on Dream Republic's website.
7.4. Dream Republic shall not be responsible for any failure to fulfill the Promotion due to unforeseen circumstances, acts of nature, or events beyond its reasonable control.
7.5. The Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, any rugby governing body, including World Rugby.
8. Privacy
8.1. Any personal information collected during the Promotion will be used solely for the purpose of administering the Promotion and will be handled in accordance with Dream Republic's privacy policy.

By participating in the Promotion, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these T&Cs.
10. Disqualification
10.1. Winners will be disqualified if they cancel or return the applicable qualifying purchase from within seven (7) days after the end of the RWC 2023 Final.
10.2 they are found to have contravened any other term or condition set out herein.
11. Use of Information
By participating in any Dream Republic competition (the "Competition"), you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Collection of Information: Dream Republic may collect personal information from participants in connection with the Competition, including but not limited to name, email address, postal address, and phone number.

Use of Information: The information collected from participants may be used for the following purposes:
a. To administer the Competition, including verifying eligibility and contacting winners.
b. To announce winners' names and distribute prizes, which may include publicizing the winners' names on Dream Republic's website, social media platforms, or other promotional materials.
c. To send promotional materials, updates, and marketing communications related to Dream Republic's products and services, provided participants have given explicit consent to receive such communications.
d. To comply with legal and regulatory requirements, including but not limited to tax reporting.

Third-Party Service Providers: Dream Republic may engage third-party service providers to assist in the administration of the Competition and the management of participant information. These service providers will only have access to the information necessary to perform their functions and are contractually obligated to maintain the confidentiality and security of the information.

Data Security: Dream Republic takes reasonable measures to protect the personal information collected during the Competition. However, participants should be aware that no data transmission over the internet or electronic storage method is entirely secure, and Dream Republic cannot guarantee the absolute security of participant information.

Retention of Information: Participant information will be retained for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this clause or as required by applicable law. Once the information is no longer required, Dream Republic will securely dispose of or anonymize it.

Access and Correction: Participants have the right to request access to, correct, or delete their personal information held by Dream Republic. Changes to this Clause: Dream Republic reserves the right to update or modify this Use of Participant Information Clause at any time. Any changes will be effective upon posting on Dream Republic's website or other appropriate channels.

12. Unforeseen Circumstances:
In the event of unexpected or uncontrollable circumstances (including, but not limited to, the Springboks not winning the RWC 2023 Final or the suspension or cancellation of the RWC 2023 Final), Dream Republic reserves the right to:
a. Cancel this Promotion,
b. Modify the number or type of prizes offered at any time, or c. Adjust the terms and conditions of this Promotion at our sole discretion, provided that any changes will not impact the eligibility criteria or prize allocation methods specified herein, except when necessitated by the aforementioned unforeseen circumstances.
In the event of Promotion cancellation due to any of the above reasons, any beds purchased will then be subject to Dream Republic's standard returns policy, in accordance with the remaining provisions of the General T&Cs
